Timesheets now require Period End Dates. If you are on a weekly pay period, then select the relevant week. If you are on a monthly or fortnightly pay period, you can submit multiple timesheets for a given period. These can be authorized separately and will be consolidated by Clarius.

  System Outage - 20/08/2011

Timecard will be taken offline on Saturday 20th August 2011 between the hours of 6am and 3pm. This is for routine system maintenance. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  Internet Explorer 9

Users of Internet Explorer 9 should be aware that you will experience strange behavior with the calendar controls unless you enable Compatability Mode.

Major System outage

Our server was upgraded last night, which caused widespread disruptiuon to the Timecard service, including a complete blackout of the system for a few hours.

Consequently there may be some issues with timesheets entered during this period.

Please contactour payroll officer if you have any issues

Timecard 2.2 Upgrade

Timecard has recently been updated to v2.2. Please log in to see the enhancements and the new user manual.

Some of the new features are:

  • New help button on main screen which now also have phone numbers to call for Aus & NZ contractors
  • Contractors can now only enter time up until their job end date only.
  • Removed the Cancel button from a Timesheet. Timesheets changes will automatically be Saved. To go back to the main screen, click on Home or Click on Delete to Delete a timesheet & enter a new one.
  • Changed the View Option for Basic Users on their list of active timesheets to ‘Open’ rather than View/Edit.
  • Mandatory project code fields added for most Huawei users.

Bugs that have been fixed

  • Fixed issue where weekly timesheet was allowing 8 days of entries.
  • Fixed issue where unless you clicked into a time field, the Add Line button was not selectable.
  • Fixed issue where timesheet details (i.e Job No) disappear when saving a timesheet
  • Fixed a bug where in some cases, billable hours on a timesheet were different to those on the list of timesheets for a user.
